Private swimming pool with shaded lanai. Community Park for guest use. Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Safe, quiet and family friendly community. Recently updated with new furniture, mattresses and linens. Generous outdoor seating with plenty of room to dine in the covered lanai with outdoor lighting and fan.
Bedroom #1- offers a King size bed with large ensuite that offers plenty of privacy. Shower, double sinks and soaking tub. Access directly to patio/pool area from bedroom #1 making cleaning off kids after pool time a breeze. Large screen TV with cable, ceiling fan and plenty of charging ports in the nightstands. Extra-large closet with plenty of storage space.
Bedroom #2- offers a Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. Large screen TV with cable, ceiling fan, closet and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom #3 and #4- Triple bunk beds await, each with 2 twin beds and a full. Each room has a TV with cable, closets and plenty of storage.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Easy check in and good communication with owner. Villa was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped. We would highly recommend this villa.

The house was nice, well stocked kitchen, grandkids enjoyed the pool. Pack and play, stroller and high chair were appreciated. Our daughter had complaints about the queen bed, but the king bed was fine. Beach towels were provided but only one towel and washcloth per bed, and one hand towel per bathroom.Any travel toward or from Orlando (including MCO airport) on I-4 took 1/2 to 1 hour longer than gps estimate, especially around the Disney World exit. Publix grocery store was convenient.

This place was exactly how it was listed. Spacious, Really clean and well layed out with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We all loved it !!
