Inside you will find a newly renovated unit with a King suite opening to a private balcony and en-suite bath, second bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, and a third bedroom featuring a full sized bed and bathroom accessed by the bedroom and also the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy our kitchen with granite countertops, eat-in bar, and a private in-unit washer/dryer, making you feel right at home.

The condo was nice and accommodating for our 6 guests. On Thursday night, the music from McGuire’s across the highway plays way into the wee hours and the restaurant/bar in the Emerald Grande closed by 9p (too early in my opinion). The kitchen was ok but light on options for cookware. The area was ok, crowded and touristy if that works for you.

This place made the best summer vacation. Everything was convenience to the resort, it was all within walking distance. Rented a boat and got 10% off showing our room key. We enjoyed watching and listening to the band on our balcony from McGuire's. The beds are all comfortable ,everything was clean. Communication was very nice.

Second time in Destin and The Emerald Grand. This unit had plenty of room with a lovely kitchen. While sitting on the balcony we could see Crab Island and listen to the music from McGuire's. We stayed in the main bedroom facing McGuire's and didn't have any issue with the music. Love that it's right next to the elevator and never had any issue with either. When we return, we will definitely look for this unit first.
