The condo was spacious and well maintained. Entire property was very clean. Located right on the Harbor Walk. Private beach was clean, 4 chairs and umbrella provided. Shuttle every 30 minutes and was nice boat ride. Perry was able to accommodate our request for a later check out time due to flight which was greatly appreciated!

Room was great. Even had beach wagon, portable fan's, etc that we didn't expect. We really enjoyed it. The only negative things that where no fault of the host was that some of the elevators where down and the free shuttle to beach was down/closed every time we wanted to go to beach but we took a tiki hut to crab island instead and still had a blast

We had a great stay at Perry’s Paradise. It is so convenient to the boardwalk with restaurants, boat rentals, charters or just about any thing you would want to do. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for anything we wanted to cook. The beach water shuttle was easy to find and get back and forth to the beach. We used the wagon provided in the condo to transport our beach stuff. There was always plenty of chairs and umbrellas and the staff were quick to help set up more if needed. We would rent again.

I've stayed here before so I was already familiar with this resort, location, amenities, etc. And this second experience didn't disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were super clean and had great showers. Beds were super comfy and of course the views from the patios were awesome.

We stayed at the Emerald Grande in Destin the first week of January. It was cold, like winter jacket cold. Despite that, we had a great time with plenty to do. The resort has a beautiful spa, hot tub, shopping and restaurants. There are so many great restaurants in the area. The condo was very nice with everything we needed. Shout out for the comfortable mattresses, we slept great. Everything was plentiful, clean and well maintained. We would definitely return.

Location was great, lots to do without having to go far for kids. View was amazing! We spent a lot of time at the boardwalk, shuttle was nice going back and forth to the beach, staff were very friendly. Convenient for all water sports! McGuire’s Irish Pub right across the street, Fudpucker’s with Alligator Farm not far down the road, along with outlet mall were a few of our favorite sports. Definitely a spot we will return to!

Everything went well except for the restaurant at the property which the owner of this unit has no control over. The apartment itself was very nicely furnished and very clean. The location is ground zero for this beach area, meaning that it's extremely busy and crowded with nightlife and people moving around. If you like that type of crowd then this is for you. This property has a shuttle boat that took us over and back to a private beach that was very nice. I have visited this beach area for years and years but never stayed at this property. The apartment was fine but the resort is way too crowded for me.

We had the best family vacation! Not only was the condo exactly as described it has a wonderful view and we lacked nothing. We definitely picked the right Vrbo this trip. Loved the private shuttle to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. We picked a great week too. We had such a great time on the HarborWalk- Saturday live music, Monday- Silent Disco- Tuesday- Havana Night with another band and a Mandi Gras parade. Great restaurants all around, food at the Emerald Grand was delish too. Perry was a wonderful host. Can’t wait to come again!

We have stayed at Emerald Grand before and this condo was by far the best! It was so clean, all of the furniture was super comfortable and they had so many extras there for us to use that a lot of other condos do not! The owner was also very quick to respond and very helpful! Highly recommend!

This condo was wonderful and the views were beautiful! We had our 8 year old grandson and this condo was the perfect location. We hardly used our car. Getting to the private beach was quick and easy. You even got to see dolphins on your way there. The beach was gorgeous white sand with crystal clear water. I also liked that it had 2 lifeguards there. Check in was a breeze and the staff was gracious and helpful. It was my grandson’s first time at the beach and it could not have been better. Thank you Perry for the use of your beautiful property. We hope to be back!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures does not do this property justice. It has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The views are truly stunning! Hubby didn't want to leave.
