This beautiful triplex with a terrace and sea views is located in the heart of Las Americas, just a few minutes' walk from the beach.With capacity for three people, this recently refurbished property has three floors and two small terraces. It's ideal for trips with friends as it is very close to the trendiest clubs in the area.In the heart of Las Americas, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere throughout the year. It also has a communal swimming pool.
A few steps from the beach and in the heart of Las Veronicas, a nightclub and party area par excellence, whose noise can be heard at night inside the apartment. This beautiful apartment of 3 floors, recently renovated, is not suitable for children, but it is ideal for friends and couples, if you are looking for party and beach, as it has capacity for 3 people, with a bedroom with queen bed and living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms located on the upper floors, equipped kitchen and two nice terraces where you can have breakfast.It has Wifi internet and an unbeatable location a few steps from the beach and restaurants, with the best bars and nightclubs of the island in front as Lava Lounge Bar, Papagayo Beach Club and Monkey Beach, making it an ideal place for people looking for party and beach. Very close to the main points of interest of Las Americas.The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave with grill, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, living room with sofa bed, several terraces with sea views, internet wifi, iron, sheets and shower towels.
The house has three floors, with stairs connecting them. Just a heads-up: the accommodation is right next to nightclubs, so you might hear a bit of noise at night.Just to let you know that the swimming pool is not currently in operation.
There’s a bit of construction going on nearby, so there might be some noise during the day.

The property was great, lovely views of the sea, shop right next door. Everything was fantastic except I hadn't realised how loud the music in the area was going to be didn't get to sleep till after 4 every night. We needed lots of sleep when we got home. The door upstairs in the bedroom really doesnt stop the sound getting in. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could have been a lot better.

Nos encantó esta casa para poder desconectar en la playa, tiene dos agradables terrazas con vistas al mar y dispones de todos los servicios alrededor sin necesidad de coche. Fuimos buscando playa y poder tomarnos algo cerca y esta casa es perfecta para ello. Tiene mucho ambiente la zona y agradecemos mucho la disponibilidad inmediata de Home2Book.
