AGATA Two-Bedroom Apartment 6is a 3star Apartment.It is located in Banjole - small village 5 km from the town of Pula,15 minutes walking distance from town centerand 550 m from the nearest beach. Interior size is 70m2 and terrace/balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 1.The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 150€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
