The beautiful Villa Manuela is located in the charming fishing village of Banjole, very close to the most beautiful beaches in Istria. This pretty house has a modern design and is elegant and minimalist at the same time.
At the heart of the house is a tastefully decorated spacious room divided into an intimate lounge, kitchen and dining area. Three beautiful bedrooms (two with flat-screen TVs and three with exquisitely appointed bathrooms) complement the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The hydromassage pool with comfortable loungers where you can relax with a good novel and an ice-cold drink is particularly inviting during hot summer months. To enjoy long, cozy evenings with a pleasant sea breeze, there is a covered summer dining area with a grill next to the pool. The house is equipped with solar power plants and central heating.
Villa Manuela is located only 500 meters from the sea, allowing guests to easily enjoy crystal-clear waters and beautiful coastal walks. The 36 m² swimming pool features free pool heating included in the price, making it perfect for relaxation throughout the season. A further outdoor terrace is located at the rear of the garden and is ideal for lazy afternoons in the shade.
