AGATA Two-Bedroom Apartment 5is a 3star Apartment.It is located in Banjole - small village 5 km from the town of Pula,15 minutes walking distance from town centerand 550 m from the nearest beach. Interior size is 70m2 .The accommodation has 2 balconies. The size of the balconies are 8 and 12 m². The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5persons
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1extra bed(1sofa bedfoldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 150€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Our stay (5 people) was perfect. The Landlord and his wife are so kind, helpful, speak good english which made our time there easy and good. We also got a garage for our 5 bicycles. The apartmant was clean, speacious and well equipped. The location was also perfect close to a shady beautiful beach and to the Premantura. Thank you! We will return for sure.
