Simple moments of peace can be spent swaying in the outdoor hammock or exploring the area's many beaches - all within close proximity.

The living rooms boast plenty of seating, making it comfortable for everyone during family movie nights. A board game collection is available when you'd prefer to engage in some playful competition. The gleaming kitchens display stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. When it comes to dining, breakfast bars, formal dining tables, and a large screened-in patio table are available for your meals.
In the primary bedrooms, you'll find cribs for the littlest members of the family, as well as work desks, personal TVs, and quick outdoor access. The additional four bedrooms are sizable and bright, all cooled by central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access tie together the stellar list of amenities at your fingertips.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There's 3 cameras on the property, one over the doorway, one over the driveway, and one on the side of the home showing the AC/Pool equipment
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house plenty big enough for several families. The only down side is you have to go outside to goto the other side but other than that great pool plenty of room and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. The house was the perfect size for two families, one with small children. The owners have thought of and provided for being able to stay comfortably and cook easily from home. Close proximity to the beaches in the area was wonderful!
