A modern kitchen is available for preparing home-cooked meals, and the in-unit washer/dryer ensures ultimate convenience. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Great location and unit - we unfortunately checked in the day of the Kona Low 2.0 so had to depart the Northshore early but the property manager responded ultra quickly and helped us with our decision making. Will for sure return next time to the beautiful Northshore

Really enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Turtle Bay Resort. Within walking distance to the restaurants at Turtle Bay.

Overal very nice but I made the mistake of leaving the screen door open and a giant bug, like a 2 inch, came in and scared me to pieces. After we took take of that it was fine, leaned to keep the door closed. Very quiet and peaceful area.
