About this apartment rental
The apartment complex "Cala Merced" is located directly by the sea in a beautiful, well-kept "Residence" with a garden with palm trees and benches. It has a breathtaking unobstructed view of the sea and the surroundings. The apartment is cozy and practical. It has a balcony and a large private roof terrace of approx. 24m2. There are 2 elevators. It has 2 bedrooms, both with good beds. This apartment is best suited for 4 people. Especially in this part of the Costa Blanca there is a wonderful climate, both in summer and in winter with an average of 320 hours of sun per year.
BLOCK B OF OUR COMPLEX HAS THE GOOD SUN LOCATION, ESPECIALLY VERY IMPORTANT IN THE WINTER!
The sun terrace that can be largely covered has 4 sun beds, dining table and chairs, a large gas barbecue. Privacy!

Just above the place Alicante (15 km), on the Costa Blanca
is a coastal strip that is protected by Sierra de Aitana mountain range in the hinterland. Here, cold and wind are stopped. It is also called the "orange coast".
The apartment is located in this -qua climate-best region of Europe. It is right by the sea between El Campello and Vilajoyosa. The beach itself is around the corner! But there are many more (larger) beaches.
Excellent medical care with Dutch doctors close by.
In addition to all the possibilities of sun, sea and beach, there is also a lot to experience in the immediate vicinity, such as:
Going with the train (on the other side) that goes all along the coast to
very nice places from ALICANTE to DENIA,
Or enjoy 1 or 2 days of spectacular and beautifully set up
theme park TERRA MITICA,
Or a visit to the water park with all kinds of attractions and dolphin show
MUNDOMAR,
Or a visit to the zoo TERRA NATURA with the various shows,
Or by car through Safari park AITANA. Or a day trip to the island TOBARCO
But do not forget to visit the impressive hinterland with very nice villages and many beautiful caves. The area where you can also just pick lemons and oranges along the way and where the thousands of almond trees bloom beautifully in the beginning of the year. And so there are many and many more possibilities.

Gerard’s apartment is very nice! It was very quiet because we were there in September-October. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was fantastic! The public bus stop is right outside your door, or can walk to the tram station which takes about 8 min. Both were very easy to use. I would definitely recommend Gerard’s apartment.

The apartment was exactly as described, if not better. It was very clean, everything worked and the king size bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend.
