Welcome to Casa Jomy, a beautiful place! Sea views and a refreshing clear blue swimming pool make this the ideal holiday spot. Located on the coast of El Campello – Coveta Fuma, near the major seaside resorts such as Alicante and Benidorm.
The space
Casa Jomy is located just 20 minutes from Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, with the original name El Altet. If desired, we can arrange airport transfers.
Coveta Fuma is known as a quiet area with beautiful bays. The perfect location if you want to find some peace and quiet, and yet close to everything! Be surprised by the view, have a picnic on the beach, a walk at sunset or enjoy a cup of coffee, beer or a glass of wine on one of the cozy terraces in the village center of Coveta Fuma, where hospitality from local entrepreneurs is highly valued. banner stands.
Casa Jomy has direct access from street level and parking is a few meters away. As soon as you enter the cozy furnished living room will definitely catch your eye! On the ground floor are located: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/WC, living room and the modern equipped open kitchen, which offers everything for a joint breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family. The luxuriously equipped kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, and to start the day well, a coffee machine that makes a delicious cup of freshly ground beans. There is a harmonica sliding door in the living room, so you can enjoy the beautiful view that Casa Jomy has to offer even more.
The 1st floor has a roof terrace and a bedroom with shower and toilet, with the panoramic view the ideal place for a barbecue or to dream away with a good book. And because washing by hand is not so convenient, you will find a washing machine here.
In order to keep a cool head in the summer, each room is equipped with air conditioning and the temperature can be adjusted per room. For the winter months, the air conditioning units have a built-in heat pump so that you are also warm.

We have just enjoyed a lovely week in the cloudless skies of the Alicante area in a little known village called Coveta Fuma. We stayed at Casa Jamie 1 on the Neptuno Complex which was lovely and still had the old charm of original Spanish doors etc. The villa does show signs of some wear-and-tear but being fully booked will make TLC exercises almost impossible.
Would certainly buy it if it ever came on the market.

P.S .Only downside to the holiday-Ryanair decided to cancel our flight home making us leave early by one day and come home with Jet2-Lesson to be learned here!

The villa is in good condition and decorated nicely in a traditional style. Everything as described, no problems. We were met at the villa and handed the keys. Coveta Fuma is a nice location, about 30 minutes' drive from Alicante airport and a similar time to Benidorm with its many attractions. Very close to El Campello, which is the nearest town offering many bars / restaurants and a nice sandy beach. There are 2 beaches within easy reach of the villa (about 10 minutes walk), both sandy. The further beach (which is also a small port) has a lifeguard and good snorkelling. The pool is lovely, there is a very good bar close to the pool which does excellent mojitos and does food. The villa has been updated since some of the photos, there is an excellent bi-folding door to the balcony which gives a nice view - Campello can be seen over the bay in the distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms in addition to a dining area and living room. Upstairs there is a third bedroom and bathroom - this room also houses the washing machine. Note that this third room is reached from the outside so may not be suitable for very young children as the villa must be locked at night. There is an alarm system, internet connection was very good, and there was an android box which kept the kids amused for hours during siesta time! Overall I was very happy with our stay in this villa, and would certainly stay again if we return the area.
