About this villa rental
Villa Oriola is a six person villa situated on a property with an atmospheric Spanish garden and a 9 by 4 meter private swimming pool protected in a private environment and very very ideal if you have kids and offers lots of privacy.
The villa is situated in a residential area called Cala D'Or surrounded by houses or which are occupied by persons with different nationalities.
The villa has 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning / heating and a 90 by 210 cm (!) bed and has its own bathroom with floor heating.
The two other bedrooms have access to the second bathroom with floor heating.
The second bedroom has a 2 person bed with air conditioning / heating and the third bedroom has 2 separate beds (90 X200 cm) with air conditioning / heating.
Also available as a mobile fan.
Every bedroom has plenty of space to hang and store your clothes in every room.
The master bedroom has a safe and the house is equipped with an alarm system.
The living room has satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning / heating and a fireplace.
WiFi can be used on most of the property.
Apart from the heated air produced by the air conditioning units, there is a central heating system installed for the three bedrooms and living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge / freezer and a microwave and can easily manage 6+ persons in case you want to receive visitors.
There is also a washing machine and dryer available and ironing facilities.
There is an outside kitchen, shower, toilet and BBQ facility available and you can relax by the pool with family and friends beneath one of the parasols.
There are plenty of chairs pool beds (6+) a fatboy (for two) hammock and some extra hammocks where you can relax and swing.
On top of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea.
Around the house you will find a well maintained and lovely garden.
Within 2 km from the house there are 2 supermarkets for your daily needs, a sand beach, restaurants and a tram that takes you in the direction of Alicante and Benidorm.
There is also a bus shuttle that takes you to Campello and beyond.
The bus stop is 200m from the villa and you can use it to head for the beach (2 min) the tram station (3 min) or into Alicante.
The tram takes you in the direction of Benidorm or Alicante and beyond.
In the neighborhood ... 10 minutes driving time there are plenty of hyper and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and more beaches with a boulevard and shops available.
Alicante and Benidorm / Albir can be reached in 20 minutes, the airport or Alicante in 25 minutes.
Bonalba Golf, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica (water and theme parks) can be reached in 25 minutes.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price as is the energy costs, so no extra surprises in costs afterwards!
The deposit is returned after the house is left behind in a good and orderly state.
So various private places to relax and enjoy with good connections to the surrounding area.

A really lovely villa equipped with everything you could need… Nicole answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. The grandchildren loved being able to swim every day in the lovely pool with an extremely useful outdoor shower and toilet. There was so many great areas to sit and eat with a wonderful outdoor kitchen with an outdoor fridge too….It was a very hot 37 whilst we were there so the excellent air-conditioning was very welcome…we would definitely go again.

Beautiful modern villa very clean and fully stocked with everything you need for an amazing stay. Owners in communication through the process and a great local host who we could contact for advice on anything related to the villa and local knowledge. Airport to villa was a 25 mins drive. Hypermarket 15 mins away by car for a big shop or local mini supermarket for everyday shopping a 5 to 10 min walk. Good Italian type restaurant a 10 min walk away. Lots of beaches within 5 to 20 mins drive. Villajoyosa beach being our favourite. The pictures don't do the villa justice go ahead and book for yourself.

We rented the property as a base for our Climbing holidayIt being half way from Alicante airport and CalpeIt was extremely quiet well away from the major roads but close enough for easy road access to most Climbing crags within the area.Major supermarkets exist in El Campello about 15/20 minutes away by carThere are also bus services serving the local estate and nearby townsWhen we went in November we utilised the gas fired heating along with the electric underfloor heating and towel rails in the ensuite and 2nd bathrooms, not that the property was cold it just was unseasonably chilly in late November.The property also has air conditioning ( heating and cooling)to the main living area and bedroomsThe pool is also heated so can be used in late autumn.The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven and microwave along with large fridge freezer and all important dishwasher, adequte work surfaces exist for food penetration , a separate area for washing machine and cleaning sink is located of the master bedroom, but behind two doors so cannot be heard.All in all a fantastic find.
