Be one of the first to stay at this newly renovated charming luxury villa with its own private swimming pool set in a beautiful private park.
Start your day with a breakfast on a terrace with a family table, with a view between the mountains and the sea.
Take a tour of the villa and wherever you go you will find something to do or a new place to enjoy. There is a gravelled area with full size table tennis and darts. Continue a little further and you will come to the wooden pergola with Weber barbecue and dining / bar area, overlooking the pool. And then there is the magnificent private swimming pool, ideal not only for relaxation but also for swimming as it is very large. In the evening, enjoy a glass of cava by the lighted swimming pool and watch the living room furniture change color from soothing blue to romantic pink - a truly special end to a special day.
Vila Dolç has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite, upstairs, with a luxury double bed, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a private shower room and, most importantly, its own private terrace with sea view, perfect for having breakfast with sea view or relaxing on the sunbeds, which is so relaxing! Look to your right and you will see the sea. Look to the left and you will see the mountains. There is a second master bedroom, upstairs, with luxury double bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and which opens onto its own terrace. The third bedroom, on the ground floor, is a twin bedroom, two extra large single beds, ideal for two adults to sleep very comfortably or for 2 younger children to share. The fourth bedroom, on the ground floor, with luxury double bed, flat screen TV with DVD player. This bedroom also has a trundle bed with luxury mattress to accommodate a third person. There is a second family bathroom serving the two bedrooms on the ground floor. What makes this villa ideal for two families to enjoy luxury, privacy and the pleasure of being together.
Living room, terraces and kitchen: The living room has been tastefully decorated with a leather sofa, a flat screen TV with SKY TV (UK channels), CANAL SAT (French channels) and Spanish channels, a DVD player, a library of DVD, iPod docking station, dining area for 6/8 which leads to a magnificent outdoor terrace with lounge and dining area for 8.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, all electrical appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, etc., and there is a toaster, coffee maker, nespresso machine and kettle . There is also a breakfast table for two.
There is a second upstairs terrace, facing south, ideal for soaking up the sun.
Things to do at the villa and nearby: The villa is located in the charming residential area of La Merced with a children's playground, a small marina and a cove with sandy beach just a 10 minute walk away, where there are also two tapas bars. The villa is both a haven of peace and an ideal place for family fun. Take a dip in your own private pool or splash around with the kids; relax while the kids play table tennis or enjoy a family barbecue by the pool. As a couple, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean from the comfort of the furniture on the terraces or the lounge around the swimming pool with sea view. If you want to take a stroll there is the four-star hotel nearby with its fantastic bar with ultramodern cocktails, its barbecue restaurant and its shop, a bus stop is located just 2 minutes walk from the villa, if you prefer to head to the center of the Campello, And a few minutes from the villa you can take the tram to go from Alicante to Benidorm, the line along the coast.

Ideal family villa, in a quiet area, all rooms of a good size and the pool and outside areas fantastic. Although in a quiet area easily accessible to amenities, with a bus stop at the top of the road and a tram station just 10 minutes walk. El compello beach and restaurants just a short 10 minutes journey in a car and offers an array of different shops and restaurants with a very relaxed and authentic feel, the locals use this area in the evenings as well. We had a lovely stay and would really recommend to others.

This is a beautiful villa and quite isolated, which isn’t a bad thing, I’m just letting future visitors know. It’s perfect for a quiet get away as we wanted. There’s a restaurant/pub 10 mins walk away and next door another with a small shop inside. You need to do a good grocery shop the day you arrive and there’s a mercadona supermarket you can order online from for when you arrive, which imo is the best option. Uber is around and there’s aldi and Lidl not that far away by car. We went to Benidorm a couple of times by tram which is a good 20-25 minutes walk. Taxis back were 45 which isn’t too bad but we needed 2 so it was 100 really. The villa needs a proper shower by the pool coz we really missed that. There’s 1 at the back but not plumbed in and we managed with the hosepipe next to it, (photo with finger in)until the pool cleaning guys for some reason isolated the water supply!We had 2 problems and a maintenance man was there very quickly and sorted them. Definitely could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived but it was just a couple of small issues that we just put down to a small mishap, although for the price we paid it should really have been spotless. I enclose photos of hair, mildew and what looks like a squatted insect not cleaned.

Property was great with lots of seating areas ,games to play. Pool.is a great size and with lovely sunny weather it was very well used.The only down side was walk to the tram stop was all up hill which was difficult in high tempeperatures. Hiring a car was well worth it for exploring the area.Had a great week with the family and feel rested xx

Car needed, no bars restaurant in walking distance 2 kl, no bars on beach, as stated. 15 minute drive to town.
Villa was difficult to find as it’s in one way street, which Google map didn’t recognise, local facilities very poor
