This 130m² house located in Saint Armel, modern and tastefully decorated, has 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a fenced garden with garden furniture and a 40 m² terrace with a barbecue. You can park your vehicles outside in a private car park. Inside, you will find a wifi internet connection, 3 televisions and a radio. The American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, as well as an iron.

Only one fire-detector seems a bit too few.
Although there is a screen for half the terras, the main terras is still in full view of the street. More actions toward privacy would be appreciated.
Otherwise, the house is just perfect.
