Do you feel the need to recharge? This beautiful and spacious house, with its simple and refined decoration, is made for you! Just two kilometres from the beach, take your bike and set off to discover the treasures of the Rhuys Peninsula!
This 130m² house located in Saint Armel, modern and tastefully decorated, has 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It has an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a 40 m² terrace with its barbecue. You can park your vehicles outside in a private car park. Inside, you will find a wifi internet connection, 3 televisions and a radio. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, as well as an iron.

Only one fire-detector seems a bit too few.
Although there is a screen for half the terras, the main terras is still in full view of the street. More actions toward privacy would be appreciated.
Otherwise, the house is just perfect.
