Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. The apartment is large & beautifully furnished. Everything has been thought of & you really have everything you need. Unfortunately, we were really unlucky with the bed. It was completely unstable, many screws were missing & the bed linens & the air conditioning smelled strongly of urine, so we slept on the sofa for three nights (!). It's also incredibly noisy. If that doesn't bother you, okay, I would have liked to have read about it in a review beforehand, because even in the roof tent we slept more peacefully than in this apartment. The neighbors are considerate, but you can hear every TV, every cough, talking and the noisy street.
