Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. Great location, 15 minute walk from CBD but shops, pubs, etc only 1 block away. Check in was simple with excellent communication with hist before & during stay. Apartment was clean with access to everything you need but was a little aged in condition - in particular the shower/bathroom was very old style with fixed shower head & shower curtain which proceeded to let water flow out of the shower all over the bathroom floor every time you had a shower. Additionally, privacy was a little compromised by the apartment age - all winders were 70's style Louvre type, which did nothing to keep out any external noise - people walking past, neighbours conversations, Street noise, etc all sounded like it was right outside our apartment. Additionally, the windows are easy to open from the outside although we had no problem with intruders while we were there. Apart from these few things, it was a comfortable stay.
