Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

The host was great though would of to have met them in person,the whole place was comfortable except 1 or 2 thingsTherw wasnt anywhere to gwt chane for the laundry There was no light out the front near security door had to use phone for light

The aircraft noise combined with the traffic noise from the main road and the neighborhood specially residents on the upper floor made relaxation very difficult.
