About this apartment rental
This ninth-floor condo has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private balcony and enough room for 12 guests. Various updates can be found throughout the unit including new flooring in the living room, all granite countertops in each bathroom and the kitchen and much more. The living area has all leather furniture and opens to the balcony through a sliding glass door. The kitchen has seating at the countertop and also a few steps away at the large dining table. Bedding includes two king suites – one with another balcony entrance- and two additional guest rooms with two queen beds in each. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

This condo was perfect for our family's vacation this year. There was plenty of space for a pack n play in each bedroom to accommodate our little ones, and plenty of bed space for the adults. We enjoyed our board games during nap time at the large dining room table. The many pools, beach front location, and parking deck right across the street made our trip with little ones sooo nice! And the full size washer and dryer made going home with clean clothes so much less stressful. We absolutely would recommend this condo to others!

We loved being just steps from the ocean. The condo was great for our group of 8. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a plus. Would stay here again!

As a couple and family we have stayed in North Myrtle for 34 years. I am President of 2 companies and want to give you fair and honest feedback. First time at Cresent Shores. The check-in with Condo World was OK but after we got our keys it was really bad! The attendants at the building said we have rules here!! Had to park across the street and take carts to bring stuff over. Amazing that no one was injured crossing the street - parents, kids etc. One of our guests was a police officer and another an insurance guy and they both said this is a "sh.t show". All of the people in line were talking about it. So you get your stuff into the garage and wait in line for 25-30 minutes to bring it up. Its really a free for all (Seriously). Noone can park in the garage even for unloading except owners. I paid almost $8K for this place so I guess that does not matter. LOL. The unit were really dated (90's theme). The GFI in the master bathroom popped at least 2 times a day. Not good!! The refrigerator had no ice and it took 2 days for it to start making about 10 cubes a day so we were buying ice every day to have drinks. Very disappointing considering how much we paid for this place. On Friday there was a shooting in the garage and 2 people were shot. Very sad but Police got there very quickly. Not sure what other people are paying for their units but I felt that this is not a place for my family going forward. I will never rent this unit again!!!
