Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort located directly across the street from the beach with easy beach access. This 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit features a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen & 1 twin in the 4th bedroom. Each bedroom features an attached bathroom, and the unit can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests.
There is a excellent ocean view from the 4th floor balcony off the living room and master bedroom. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's and free cable so your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops for preparing meals if you don’t feel like going out. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Check in was easy. Being able to keep extra cars at the property management site was a huge bonus. Everyone got their own bathroom and the location was perfect for 4 families with kids. Some small hiccups during our stay but the company was easy to contact.

The property needs updated. The floors were gross. They left our feet black. The air conditioner was so loud. We called about it bit it never got fixed or even checked on. There was a leg of a chair broken when we got there so we were down one less seat. The property sleeps 12 but thats the only thing available for a party of 12. Plates towels kitchen table and living room seating were all lacking the space needed for all.of us.
