About this apartment rental
This fourth-floor stunner is well updated and features room for up to 12. The oceanfront condo has four bedrooms, three full baths and plenty of upgrades. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and barstool seating opposite the dining room table. The living room has nautical themed blue and white striped couches and looks out onto the spacious balcony. A serene master suite has luxurious bedding, pale blue-gray walls, access to the balcony and a king-sized bed. Theres also a large attached bathroom. There are two queen beds in two of the guest rooms and another king in the fourth room. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Big unit with a large balcony nice furniture on balcony. Only a couple draw backs. The master bedroom mattress was a little stiff and lumpy plus no cable tv. You need to bring all your passwords to stream everything. Overall though would recommend staying here.

The property was clean and nice. Some things were outdated-ceiling fan paddles need tightened. The sliding door in the king bedroom was not sliding very easily and the slider in the living area was not repaired until the Thursday of our visit. Would have been nice to have been refunded a little or a gift card for the inconvenience. We would stay at this property again.

The view is perfect and we enjoyed the location but the condo is pretty dirty. There was urine on the bottom of the toilet, the trash cans was filthy and the floor had crumbs all over it. We will not be staying here again.
