Condo was great and the beach was perfect. Only complaint is the mattress needs replaced on the king bed, other than that, we would stay there again. .

Good:
1. The view from the deck was awesome
2. Beds were comfortable.
3. Kitchen utensils plentiful - well stocked.
4. Refrigerator nice and cold - ice maker worked great.
5. The luggage carts were necessary and appreciated.
6. Proximity to the Marsh Walk (about 3 miles)
Needs Improving:
1. Two rolls of toilet paper for the week - come on. They're 54 cents a roll at Costco.
2. Would be nice to have a salt & pepper shaker and some coffee filters - or at least inform us ahead of time to bring those items.
3. The lights in the kitchen need to be cut by half - you can perform surgery under the current lights.
4. It would be nice to have a guide on how to work the TV in the LR and BR.
5. The handle on the outside sliding door on the deck was missing.
6. There was no dish soap of dish drainer for the kitchen sink.
7. The bath towels need to be replaced - the towels were about as rough as 80 grit sandpaper.
8. Finally, there is a rule on Horry County beaches that ONLY umbrellas can be used for shade. We have a Shibumi that we could not use and had to go out and by a beach umbrella to use for the week. We had better umbrellas at home that we didn't bring - so it would have been nice to have some warning about the Horry County Beach Rules on shading before we got there.
Overall it was a good place and a great location for the price.

Check in was easy and we got in two hours early. Condo was neat and clean. Just right for our crew of four!! View could not be beat! Our vacation stay was perfect! Thanks again and we will be back!!!
