This beautiful 1st floor, end unit condo, with tons of windows and natural light is very close to entertainment, shopping, dining and offers seasonal, daily shuttle service to the beach for your convenience. This way you can enjoy the ocean, but then get away from all the noise and congestion the beach can bring.
This rental includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen, which includes major appliances and other cooking essentials like pots and pans. Dine at the kitchen bar or utilize the dining room table. We had a wonderful time. There were a few issues, but Dawn responded right away and had a neighbor help us. Loved the location. The pool is beautiful. The neighbors really nice.

The guest bathroom had dust & spiders in the corners by mirror... Sipder webs in front bedroom in the corners.. also there was a basket in kitchen had spiders on it...There was no extra rolls of toilet paper only what was on the roll in each bathroom... coffee pots where old
grinds would fall into coffee.. would recommend new coffee pots for sure.... also a one cup coffee pot to make single cups.would have been nice to have..our first night I washed all floors I was in shock the water was black , and that was before walking on them ,the owner said everything had been deep cleaned .. don’t know how they missed the floors. I would definitely say we left this condo cleaner than when we arrived.. I don’t understand how you can justify a cleaning fee.. I would also recommend blackout-drapes in all bedrooms the sun woke us up every morning..Owner should have supplied hand sanitizer & disinfect wipes to wipe down counters, door knobs due to Covid 19...I’m still waiting on my refund to be returned which they claim will be delayed.
