About this house rental
Vacation in our pier home located in a family-friendly gated community of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, SC. It's like a home away from home but only a less than 5 minute golf cart ride to the ocean! The house sleeps up to 10 people with 3 BRs, 3 full baths, 2 fully-equipped kitchens and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. We provide 1 golf cart, free wireless internet service, cable TV's, DVD player and gas grill. There is a 50" flat screen tv in main living room, 42" flat screen tv in first floor living room and all bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's. Linens are available (sheets and towels). Both kitchens are stocked with dishes, pans and gadgets. Within the village you will find pools (indoor/outdoor), playground, basketball and tennis courts. The house is located only minutes from shopping, restaurants, golfing and the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand.

This is a great house that has plenty of space and all the essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. There is ample area to hang out, the main living area and kitchen are big and open, we loved the outdoor deck to enjoy the evenings. Having the extra bedroom with kitchen down stairs was a nice bonus with another full size fridge for storage. Chris was super responsive to any questions/issues that came up. We would gladly stay here again!

House was exactly as described, owner was very easy to contact when needed. Home has literally everything we needed and was very clean we would love to stay there again in future.

My Family and I had a wonderful time! The Beach house was great, just like the pictures! Plenty of room for everyone! Everything was clean and it was a great location! Loved the Golf Cart. Definitely would rent again!

Loved our stay... was very clean and the owner helped with a golf cart issue quickly without any questions. Couldn't have asked for anything better :)
