About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath river house. The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a couch, a love seat, as well as two club chairs with ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a side by side refrigerator, electric stove and oven, and microwave along with an extra refrigerator for extra storage. Washer and dryers are also available for your convenience. Situated on one acre on the Nueces River, guests can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation on the 1700 square foot deck as well as floating the river or simply enjoying the dug out slew.

The inside was clean and just as pictured. The outdoors is not as pictured. The huge deck was great to run on for kids and play games in the Rainey days. The deck could use some small repairs! Rotting cedar planks. To get to river is a nightmare for anyone . You must go down a large embankment to get to water. The part of the river where house is located is narrow and not optimal for Kayaking without pulling Kayak most of time. Probably won't stay again
