John was a great host, very communicative and responsive if we needed something. The place was very clean and great for a little getaway. Close to gas station, convenient stores and Garner State Park. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the small playground. The only small complaint was that you could hear the neighbors upstairs quite a bit. We stayed up late though so it didn't bother us too much for sleeping.

Highly recommend this property. Perfect for kids and adults. Quick 10 minute drive to Garner State Park and walking distance to the convenience store.

the place was ok over all, there were dirty pots and pans in the cabinet and under the beds and couches were dirty.
