Hill Country Retreat is a welcoming two-story, Texas-themed, country home on top of the tallest mountain in Concan. One acre property with 180 degree views and large patios for star gazing and sunsets.
Enjoy nature and tube the Frio in the spring and summer and hike Garner and Lost Maples in the fall and winter.
Three bedrooms with two separate bathrooms are located up a flight of stairs. Each room has amazing views of the skies and canyons.
The Frio River is a drive away at the base of the mountain, minutes away from restaurants and tubing outfitters by car. Call outfitters ahead of time to check the river flow. Reserve tickets for swimming the Frio ahead of time.
Rancho Vista is thoughtfully curated with touches of our favorite Texas treasures, wildlife, and iconography. We welcome you into our home and hope you take away amazing memories that bring you back again next year.

✔ The summertime is the busiest season in Concan for tubing the Frio.
