The Primary suite serves as your private sanctuary, featuring a plush King-sized bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the expansive balcony where you can enjoy panoramic views of the waters and sandy beaches. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides ample sleeping space with two Full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV for your entertainment and relaxation.
The open living area boasts wood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. From the living area, step out onto the balcony to feel the gentle breeze and listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and all the essential appliances and cookware you need. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Review draft:Our condo was spotless — we especially loved the “Liquid Promise” of a freshly washed bedspread for every new guest! The furniture was clean and attractive, and the large balcony and convenient location were perfect. We also enjoyed the workout center. We’ll definitely be returning!

This was our 3rd time visiting the area. We drove 11 hours to get there. We had some plumbing issues that were fixed within 48 hours and cookware that was replaced as well. The unit was ok with the exception of the dirty balcony and we were too close to the outdoor pool as the noise level traveled right up to the balcony. The "Indoor" pool was across the parking lot as opposed to being in the building which was a little inconvenient...but the Beach was wonderful. I would suggest the chair/umbrella company not set up all their chairs closest to the water...There were several not being used and we felt like 2nd class citizens not renting from them but using our own chairs and umbrella. Might be our last trip to OB for awhile.
