Welcome to Windward Pointe 1504, your Gulf-front escape in the heart of Orange Beach! This beautifully appointed condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and coastal charm—ideal for families or groups looking to relax by the water.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a stylish tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space to prepare meals with ease. Whether you're cooking dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in stunning views of the Gulf. With plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind after a beach day, or watch the sunset over the water.

This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two full-size beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, giving everyone room to spread out and relax.

Parking
• Parking passes must be purchased at the on-site guard shack. Each unit may obtain up to two passes at $50 each.
• Passes are valid for 30 days
Things to know
• This property offers monthly rental options during December, January, and February. For availability and pricing, please reach out to our reservations team. Please note that additional parking passes may be required for extended stays in accordance with HOA guidelines.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
• Gym Hours: Open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Pools: Open year-round from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
