The beach view was gorgeous and the sounds of the waves on the shore was hypnotic. Communication with the management company was excellent. Responses were fast and any issues were quickly resolved.

Condo was clean. We had trouble when first arrived with our door code but it was resolved quickly. Condo did not have any extras such as salt/pepper, coffee filters etc but we were prepared for that. Excellent view! Elevator was fast and the indoor pool was nice. Would come back here.

Very nice place, beautiful view. I've vacationed all over Florida and Texas and Orange Beach is by far the most up to date and clean city. We had a blast walking the beach, looking for shells, and then coming back to a beautiful condo to wind down for the evening.

Orange Beach was a great place to visit!The views of the beach and the ocean were beautiful and the dolphins were fun to watch. We have stayed in several places and this location was great!The host was easy to work with and prompt with their communication. The condo was spacious and well furnished. We made several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed, but no condiments.We had 6 people in our group and we had plenty of room to move around without being on top of each other. The beds were firm but overall comfortable.The limited toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry soap didn’t get us through the week and we might suggest doubling that. The cleanliness of the condo was quite disappointing! We spent about an hour sweeping floors which had sand, food crumbs and hair on them. There were crumbs on the counters and hair in the bathroom shower. The toilet in the master bathroom was disgusting with long-term grime along the sides, base and on the back of the seat. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned well for awhile!The check-in process required 3 different codes and the assistance from the watch-guard who helped us contact Liquid Life(property management)We were also disappointed that the all sports court was undergoing construction and had no lines or lights to play pickleball or other games. We would stay here again for the location, but not with this property mngmt!
