The mood here is bright and cheerful making it perfect for a quick weekend getaway, an extended sabbatical, or snowbirds seeking to escape harsh winters elsewhere. The interior feels spacious from the high beam ceiling, and features a queen-size bed, a sofa sleeper, television, and a full bathroom with shower. An efficient kitchen is fully stocked, even for the long-term guest, with everything needed to prepare a lovely meal or a quick beach picnic. Dine indoors at a vintage oak table in front of the sliding door or head outside to the fully-enclosed entry patio with a dining table that seats six, a barbecue, and bistro lights adding the final touch of ambiance after dark. For added convenience, there is also in-house laundry and off-street parking
When time to step out there is so much within walking distance. Coast Village Road is right up the street for world-class shopping. On Friday's be sure to stop by the Farmer's Market for organic ingredients and inspiration. Don't feel like cooking? No worries! There are a number of excellent local eateries a few minutes walk away. Try Honor Bar, Oliver's, or Local for casual fare. Or dress up and head to Stonehouse Restaurant at San Ysidro Ranch or Carusos's at The Rosewood Miramar for a night to remember.

Had a great stay at Coral Casita. I travel to SB several times a year to ride bikes. This is a really nice spot for my intended purpose. Essentially it's a really nice hotel room with a full kitchen and laundry at a really good price. Other than sharing the driveway with anyone renting the "main house" there is total privacy. Be aware of the seasonal temps (no AC) and you'll love this place. I will keep this spot in my rotation for future trips!

Awesome casita for a vacation stay or even longer. An amazing location and Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara provides excellent communication and host has beyond everything you need to cook, enjoy the space, clean, and walk to the beach. Beautiful and convenient spot in Montecito.

This is a nice quiet place to stay, the outdoor patio area is a bonus. The home is well maintained and the full kitchen had everything that I needed.
