    This hotel had a good location and price for my early October Stay. room was clean. Comfortable beds and pool. Staff was great, checking in and out was quick. The breskfast is minimal, pasteries and coffee. The only part of my stay that was uncomfortable was having no A/C. There is a good ceiling fan and additional portable fans but I was still uncomfortable at times. . I don't think the peak summertime would be a good idea to stay here. If I am traveling off season I will consider another stay.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and facilities . Several very comfortable outside sitting areas. You can easily walk to the beach and a very nice restaurant.

    This hotel is in a great location and has the potential to be a wonderful little inn. My main concern is that the property is older and there is a lot of deferred maintenance. The walkways and pool area need upgrades. The bathrooms, windows, flooring, and furnishings in the rooms are all old. On the positive side, I like the size of the rooms, most of them have small usable kitchens, and the staff is very helpful. Parking is also great, and the price is very reasonable for the location.

    Pros: Walking distance to beach Pool Cons: *Place looks run down *Needs new paint job *We had hair in our sink, shower and bed. *Stains on sheets *The free breakfast was coffee and a wrapped danish *Walls were thin (Doesn't let me add photos)
