About this house rental
This 1694 sq/ft heated and cooled Beach View Home has all you need for the perfect getaway on Cape San Blas. The ground level entrance features a room with a queen bed and a full bath. The second level of the beautifully decorated Twin Tides home, has an open floor concept with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The master suite has an upscale bath with a large walk-in shower with 2 rain heads. There are also 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room with full size washer/dryer that complete this upper level. The large covered porch off of the living/dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze, watch the beautiful sunsets, and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing the shoreline. This home features a large enclosed hot/cold outside shower/dressing area with a private pool (sorry pool isn’t heated). Beach chairs, a small cooler, toys beach towels and umbrellas are provided.

This was a great house for our group of eight adults and two toddlers. The master bed is very comfortable and we slept well every night. The location of the house is just North of Scallop Cove and slightly South of PSJ Shrimp Co., so it makes it convenient to reach these popular places. We only wish the house had a second entrance instead of only one which opens into the downstairs bedroom. The pool is of adequate size, and the carport area is spacious. Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and pool toys were available during our stay. Overall, we rate everything as five stars because we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and hope to someday soon.
