About this house rental
Beautiful BEACHFRONT 5 bedroom, 4 full bath home with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico is waiting for you and your family. This home is the perfect floor plan for a large family with children! The ground level features a tiled foyer with a laundry/storage area, a kid's playroom (not climate controlled), and a full bath with direct access to the beach. The 2nd level features 2 OCEANFRONT master suites with full baths and access to a large covered deck with panoramic views, a kid's bedroom with bunks, and a gorgeous gulf front sitting/TV room with large flat screen TV. The 3rd level features a fully equipped kitchen with an open living/dining room and incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large OCEANFRONT master suite with access to the large BEACHFRONT deck, a full shared bath, and a bedroom with a full size bed completes this floor. Beach Retreat features direct gulf views from all levels. A covered porch on each level is perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Some of the amenities of Beach Retreat include 5 flat screen TV's, wireless internet, washer/dryer, High Chair, Pack n Play, outside shower, boardwalk to the beach. You will want to book this home year after year! Located approximately 3-1/2 miles from St. Joseph State Park.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

No events are allowed.
Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

The location was great for small kids to walk to the beach. The outdoor shower and bathroom immediately when you enter from the beach were both fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had space and good water pressure. We enjoyed having the high chair and pack and play but would have loved to see a gate for the top of the stairs. Wonderful porches for watching the water though the outdoor seating was not very comfy. Adequate space to eat and sit but a little tight on the main floor for moving around when everyone was inside. Plenty of dishes and cups were very nice.
If you have a small one be aware there are many many exposed wires and cords for all the tvs and such.
