The house is showing a little wear and is rough around the edges in certain areas. Showers have mold in the grout, many of the doors would not open or close properly do to fit or warp, kitchen knives are very dull, coffee pot should be replaced, deck is in bad need of maintenance. Its just needing to be maintained a little better. All in all, the place was just fine but certainly could use some TLC.
