There is a lot to like about this home - It's clean, modern, close to 2 pools (with bathrooms!), the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of closet space, natural light pouring in, and easy check in/out process. It was better stocked than I expected - enough essentials to last us 4 days. We only walked to the beach one day and it definitely felt like it took more than 10 minutes, but we also had a 4-year-old in tow and maybe didn't take the most direct route to the beach. From then on we used bikes to get around which was of course much faster. Highly recommend biking. Coligny Beach access is <5 minute bike ride, has really nice facilities, a splash pad for the littles, and shady bench swings. My kid lived for the Kona Ice truck that was parked there most days.

Treetops is a great place to stay and near The Heritage. There was a parking lot 2 minutes away where we could catch a shuttle into Sea Pines. We would stay there again!
