Spacious and stylish, this townhome is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes directly on the George Fazio Championship golf course and the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system! Off the entry of this coastal unit is a modern bathroom with a standing shower. Down the hall from the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and beautiful cabinets. The open concept kitchen flows into the dining area that has a table for 4 and a sliding door to the patio. There is additional bar seating for 4 at the island. The dining room is connected to the spacious living room, furnished with a sectional sofa, oversized reading chair, and ottoman. The living room has a fireplace, TV, and views of the pool. The covered patio has a fan for those warm summer nights, and you are only steps away from the private complex pool! There is outdoor seating for 6.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. First you'll find the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, TV, a pool view and private bath. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, 2 reading chairs, and a TV. There is a sliding door to a large private balcony overlooking the pool. The master bathroom is fully updated with a double vanity, standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. This property has been updated top to bottom and is a perfect setting for your next Hilton Head getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at 49 Fazio in Palmetto Dunes! The house was nicely updated and had all the items that we needed to enjoy our stay! My only suggestion would be that there is a gap under the front door where it appears the weather stripping is missing. I noticed a ton of gnats inside the unit because of this and at times, it felt very damp. I think fixing this would be my only suggestion!

Very nice furnishings, but no blinds on downstairs living area windows. Island Getaways reached out to me and sent maintenance to put up temporary blinds. It seemed like the cleaning crew put clean sheets on the bed and that was it. The stove and downstairs toilet were dirty. The sewer cover is outside the townhouse and unfortunately that’s all we smelled when we were outside.
