This remodeled, bright and spacious 3 bedroom beachfront corner condo is located at Beach Cottage Building 1; a highly sought-after beachfront vacation building in beautiful Indian Shores.
The Space:

The amenities at this well-maintained property are endless! The community features a beautiful large heated pool and spa, a deck with loungers and tables with umbrellas. A nice BBQ area with gas grills with tables are available for our tenants’ use. Steps away from the sand to sink your toes into from sunrise to sunset. Did we mention how beautiful the sunsets are here! This condo has the most spectacular view to enjoy sitting on the outdoor sitting area from the balcony, overlooking all of this while sipping your coffee or a glass of wine.
1 Assigned parking space under the building and there are guests parking spots on first come first serve basis.
Here’s an overview of what this wonderful condo has to offer:
– Private furnished balcony overlooking the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and the Gulf of Mexico.
– Spacious living area to relax on the oversized couch or take in a movie with a cozy fireplace, a large 55" Smart TV, large sliding doors that open up to the beachfront balcony.
– Completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
– Dining area comfortably seating 6.
- Enjoy the coastal beach decor throughout the condo to set the mood.
– The Primary bedroom features a comfy King bed, a 46” Smart TV and balcony access.

– 3rd bedroom offers a Twin bed.
– We also provide an air mattress

Restaurants (including famous Salt Rock Grill), bars, and miniature golf are easily within walking distance. Famous Salt Rock Grill is just steps away. The Suncoast Beach Trolly stops right out front. Jump in and explore the 30 mile stretch of beaches between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
There is so much to see and do! The beautifully landscaped and well maintained area makes it easy to enjoy your stay.
Indian Shores is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg to the South and Clearwater to the North, cities loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. You won’t run out of things to do here! You will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium, Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

Best family time ever! Was able to accommodate our family of four easily. They were also willing to check us in early.Very communicative from the beginning, middle and end of our stay.

I know for all you people out there planning a beach vacation that it is nice to know that this unit had a whole closet of beach equipment. Chairs, coolers, 2 umbrella shades, volleyball net, boogie boards and some sand toys. The unit is extremely close to the beach, just a flight of stair down to the parking level and right out to the beach. The pool was the perfect temp to be in all day long if you wanted to and there was a bathroom down a staircase on the parking level for the pool area. The grills down the pool level worked very well and they had 2 grills and a blackstone which we used multiple time that week. The whole complex has only one elevator which was slow so if you have to use an elevator consistently for mobility reasons I don't know if this unit would be a good choice. The bird sanctuary was very cool and it was very nice watching them from our balcony. There were just as many birds outside the actual cages using the surounding trees as there were in the habitats. The unit balcony was very protected from the wind which was actually a very pleasant suprise. We still had a nice breeze coming through but nothing like the front units directly facing the water. I wish they had a small coffee table out on the balacony, that would have been perfect. The unit is very spacious, living room feels huge, the master complex was awesome. We put our 5 and 8 year old in the little beds in the laundry room and it worked, but those bed are not comfortable for adults.

Mona the Property Manager saved the day!!! I talked to her the morning after we arrived re only 1 working shower. You could feel the Springs on the trundle beds so no one wanted to sleep there. The 3rd Bedroom was a really a Laundry room with a bed it in it. The birds from the Sanctuary were stinky and noisy. The kitchen garbage was not emptied when we got there. Beach access was wonderful. Morning beach walks were very enjoyable.
