Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 4 - accessible by 4 flights of stairs or use building elevator to access level 4 above parking garage.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 8 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction.

The view was great, Perfect oceanfront!! The windows & slide doors allowed so much light to come in also! (The screen on the bedroom slide door was broke & one of the rocker/glider chairs in the living room was also broke). The use of space in the condo with sleeping arrangements was perfect. Didn’t seem overcrowded but gave enough space for a large family allowing enough personal space for everyone. The amount of beach stuff available to use was perfect (especially for a family trip). Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and even sunscreen; which is great especially when you are packing for a family trip with limited room in vehicles. The only downside was we did hear our neighbors in the evenings while in the master bedroom but it wasn’t too loud. Also the neighbors would go out to their balcony and smoke cigarettes, so we would have to go back inside because we couldn’t stand the smell of it!! The only recommendations I would suggest for this stay is some comfier outdoor furniture for the patio & a bigger/thicker blanket for the king size bed in the master bedroom.

This condo is spacious, clean, and bright with beautiful views from a large balcony, the living area and the master bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the large pelican population in this location and the bird sanctuary next door to us.We had everything we needed, plus a couple of niceties such as bidets in both bathrooms and ceiling fans and TVs in every bedroom. The beds were very comfortable with tons of drawer space to unpack in every bedroom. We did not need to contact the property owners, so I cannot speak to how easy they may or may not be to reach, if needed. They made no contact with us other than a message on VRBO prior to our arrival. However, it provided all needed information.The upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. But light colored, upholstered furniture would be difficult to keep clean looking in a unit right on the beach. The thermostat will not go lower than 70. But the unit is apparently well insulated. 71-73 kept the hot-natured in our party quite comfortable. The pool was being renovated, but a neighboring complex’s pool was available to us. It was a 5-min walk, so not a big deal. All in all, it is an exceptional unit. We likely will not be back to this area, but would definitely rent this condo again if we were.

It was teenage “beach week” … and we had no idea. The security was all over this property and we could not go in or out without proof that we were temporary residents of the condo. Wish we would have known how inconvenient everything would have been. Could not get in pool or hot tub because it was too packed every evening. We were stopped coming and going by security, asking for proof of who we were. The condo itself was nice and comfortable, with plenty of room, but we will never stay here again. The teenagers from Tampa took over the beach at our condo, and 9 sheriff vehicles were parked on our beach monitoring the mass amounts of teenagers. Awful for tourists who are trying to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We will stay in Madeira from now on.
