Featuring a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine bar, Xumo smart TVs, and comfortable furnishings, it’s perfect for couples or families. Enjoy direct beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, grills and resort-style amenities just steps from the Gulf’s white sand beaches and stunning sunsets. Includes elevator access for easy beach days and private balcony for sunset views.
This condo features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and private balcony access, plus a second bedroom with two queen beds and a smart TV. A hallway bathroom with shower serves guests. The living room offers plush seating, an oversized chair, smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The luxury kitchen is fully updated with modern appliances, surfaces, and a wine bar, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a private balcony accessible from both the living room and primary suite with ocean and pool views—perfect for sunset watching.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 2 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use
July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront rental in Indian Shores! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfectly set up for a family vacation. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spending our days just steps from the beach was truly unforgettable.
Our family loved how comfortable and relaxing the space was and it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories together, and it was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy quality family time. We were able to drive to nearby cities to visit as well. This was hands down one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an incredible beach getaway in Indian Shores!

Had a fantastic stay at this very well managed, clean, beautiful condo! All items needed were there! Even beach gear! Close to restaurants and shopping! Great sunsets too! I will definitely schedule another vaca in this condo!

This property was perfect! Clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walk downstairs to the pool or beach. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. The condo was quiet at night. We left rejuvenated and relaxed. We will be back.
