• 2nd row Ocean- Beachwalk is just out your front door. Stand on the sand in less than 2 minutes and walk to PICKLEBALL in 5 minutes!
• Private pool and gas grill- pool is FENCED and heatable!
• Master suite with walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet.
• Open concept living area plus large dining area and kitchen with bar and lovely gas fireplace.

• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive-- less than 2 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.
PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.
POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane. The charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

This was a repeat experience with BestNest. From the ease of making the reservation to the ease of making the changes (sorry!), it couldn’t have been an easier experience. The home is well kept and a truly lovely home in a great neighborhood near the beach, racket courts and the Salty Dog! Truly easy to recommend this all...and the fact that it was pet friendly enabled us to treat our Westin to a great vacation as well

The house was well appointed and just what our family of four adults needed. It had easy access to the beach and the South Beach area. Everything was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Best nest makes vacations very easy and relaxing with all that they provide at their rentals. The pool was nice, but if you want it to be warm you may need to have it heated because it is in the shade. When it is overcast it will be a little chilly even in July. Our family would definitely stay here again because the house more than met our needs and provided an enjoyable week at the beach.

Good! The house was clean, the layout was good, the furniture was nice, it was well stocked with everything we needed! Unfortunately there was a strong mildew/mold smell from the bathrooms that was bothersome and the beds were very uncomfortable (very soft). Other than that, we enjoyed it.
