• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Easy walk to ocean in 5-7 minutes, or bike it in less than 5 minutes. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions.

POOL: Just outside the back door with beautiful and view of Sprunt Pond. Now beautifully fenced and landscaped for your safety and enjoyment. Electric heat is economical, and cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely home was perfect for our family’s Christmas vacation. It was just the right size for us to host our adult children and their significant others. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The fenced in yard allowed us to let out the dog with ease. The property management company was very attentive. I would definitely love to stay here, again!

This home was excellent. Spacious, and very well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and even ziplock bags. Plus all the utensils you’d need. Definitely the nicest pool out of all the places we’ve stayed in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Would have loved to have another king bed but made do with the queen and twin. We also really appreciated the yard area in the back especially for our dogs. All in all it was exceptionally nice.

Pool area was nice with a great relaxing view. Very attentive to any needs we had and home was wonderfully stocked with any cookware and necessities we needed. Would certainly stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at a Beverly Serral property in Sea Pines. The home was very clean, well stocked with stay essentials (paper towels, kitchen dishes and tools, beach towels, etc), and was a quick 5-7 min walk to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and the pool in the backyard was peaceful with a view of a pond. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there!
