About this house rental
Enter to a cozy, slightly nautical feeling main gathering area, large round table seats 10, perfect for family meals. Beautiful views of the lake from almost every room. Plenty of space to comfortably accommodate multiple families with bonus and bunk room for all of the kids. Giant 65” smart TV in the media/game room, internet access, pool table, ping pong, foosball, yard games, hot tub, boat dock, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill and fire pit. Perfect family getaway at Tim’s Ford Lake
Private dock with one boat slip and side deck for fishing and swimming.
Guest access
Entire house is yours, with the exception the garage and owners closet. lots and lots of parking on our huge driveway and front lawn that will accommodate 10 or more cars. you'll have use of our private dock and plenty of space to park your boat trailer. nearby there is a neighborhood ramp for launching, right next to a convenience store with low cost marine gas to meet your watercraft needs.

Access to private dock with year round water, neighborhood Rock Creek public use ramp, nearby Land & Lake Market and Grill for bait, gas, and other necessities. Nearby Twin Creeks Marina and Drafts and Watercrafts restaurant are a 15 minute boat ride away

TV /Internet:
We have high speed internet through Xfinity. While we do NOT have Cable TV, we have three smart TV's to access your own cable network accounts, Netflix, Hulu, amazon Prime, Disney Plus Etc. during your stay.
Bring With You:
* Life jackets- we encourage all swimmers and boaters to use life jackets for their own safety.
* Fishing Gear- for the dock or on excursions. Fishing licenses can be purchased online or at the local marina or Walmart.
* Extra beach towels for use on the lake. we have a limited amount of beach towels available for your use, but you may want to bring extra if you have several people.
*Sleeping bags or air mattresses- while we are fine with guests using sleeping bags and air mattresses to best accommodate your group with sleeping arrangements, these are not provided. please feel free to bring and use your own.
*We do provide dishwasher and laundry soap and trash bags, an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, complimentary hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, but you may want to bring extra if you have a lengthy stay.
*Firewood-We have a fire pit for your use, You can bring firewood or purchase at the nearby Home Depot or local gas stations.

The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the lake itself was absolutely gorgeous. We loved having access to the dock and kayaks, perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing on the water. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even when I forgot to start the dishwasher before we left. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this rental and would love to return!

My daughter-in-law reached out around Christmastime about taking another fun family trip to celebrate my son's 40th birthday. The process of searching for the right spot was overwhelming for her, so I gladly took the reins. I love finding the perfect spot and have done so many times with our extended family. In all, there were 13 of us, from ages 7 to 65. This amazing place exceeded our expectations, and everyone raved about it! Perfectly set up with enough space for everyone to be comfortable and nobody was on top of each other. The house is so large that we could easily have groups in various areas and never hear the others. My husband was in charge of setting up our 'Olympic Game' competition, which took place on Saturday afternoon. SO much fun, utilizing the game room and the kayaks and dock. I cannot say enough about the house and the host. April was amazing, and quickly responsive to any questions I had. She even had three little trophies waiting for us after I had mentioned we planned these games. What a sweet and thoughtful thing to do! We all agreed that a short distance like this is so much more manageable with everyone's busy schedules. We used to do beach trips often, but this was much easier. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We ordered pizzas from Piezan using Uber Eats on the first night, and that was scrumptious! A 'throwback' to 1985 meal the next night, and grilled burgers the final night. I'm sure we'll be back and can't wait!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family and friends. The ping pong table, pool table, tv, fire pit, and hot tub kept everyone busy. The house was very close to many restaurants and to Bonnaroo Farm which is why we chose it. The property managers were very easy to get in touch with when needed. You won't be disappointed with this property.
