If you are looking for the perfect getaway to a luxury lake home that has countless amenities and postcard like views then look no further! This newly renovated lake front home boasts the best views on the lake, tiki hut, multiple outdoor decks, covered patio, hot tub, game room, theatre, kayaks, SUPs and plenty more! We even have a 2022 Crest tritoon with a 200 HP motor that is available to rent for experienced boaters! This is truly a one of kind property. We look forward to serving you!
This is one of the most unique lake properties anywhere! You will have amazing lake views from inside and outside. We have loaded it with amenities for you and your group to help make as many memories as possible! We even have sonos speakers throughout the property so you can listen to your favorite music indoors or outdoors!
This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located right on the lake!
This home comes with a long driveway that has enough room to park up to 6 vehicles and your boat trailer. This is also a great neighborhood to bicycle, jog or just take a peaceful stroll and look for wildlife!
In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 6 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or the road. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior. Minimum renting age is 25yrs of age.

You cannot beat the Lakeview from this property!! This is a beautiful updated home with so many great views from all levels!! It was amazing to wake up to this everyday!! We used the kayak, my son fished from the dock everyday and caught (and released) a catfish! We spent alot of time on the deck by the firepit, enjoyed the weather and amazingly peaceful views!! We played tournaments with the table shuffleboard and used the grill alot!! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out when needed. We even saw a family of 5 deer in the yard the morning we left which was awesome!The property owners were quick to respond and went out of their way to get us what we needed!! If you need a place to relax and unwind, give this place a try, you will be happy you did

Beautiful home and lake. Outdoor areas were our favorite with beautiful views and great amenities. House provided all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked, but would recommend some knives for cutting/chopping. Check-in was very simple and host very quick to respond when needed. Would definitely love to visit again.
