About this house rental
Escape to the Captain's Quarters, a charming lakeside sanctuary. Unwind in our multi-level retreat, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen, and serene master suites with enchanting lake views. Designed to accommodate large groups, this spacious home boasts six bedrooms, and offers a total of 11 beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. Indulge in the great outdoors with our private dock, a hot tub, and delightful amenities, all set against the backdrop of Tim's Ford Lake.

Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of owner’s closets and garage.
Other things to note
Tim’s Ford Lake is generated by a dam. The water level does fluctuate and goes down usually in October, and rises again around April. You can visit TVA’s website for current water levels. While the property does have a dock, when the water level is down, it may not be accessible depending on the steepness of the gangway ( the bridge to the dock) However, there is still great water views and you can relax and even fish off the pier.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. If you are looking for a place to party this would not accommodate your needs.
In order to fully enjoy our lake home we ask that you be at least 25 years old.

We loved the whole property! I was afraid the water would be too cold or water level too low, but our entire family enjoyed kayaking , paddle boarding, and even jumping from the second deck! The hot tub was a great way to wind down and relax at the end of the day! My teenager enjoyed having his own space to hide away when needed!

Property was beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 11. The chiminea was a nice setting. Dock and lake crafts were so fun. Only complaint was the abundance of spiderwebs which prevented us from sitting on the decks. Would rent again.

Perfect house for our family! Kids loved the dock and the kayaks/SUP! Owner was extremely responsive dealing with minor issues. Highly recommend! Would love to book again in the future.

This house was a great spot for our group of 13 to take a lake vacation! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We spent our days boating, playing on the water, enjoying the dock & paddle board and ended most days with the hot tub. Highly recommend!
