On the much acclaimed Beaver Lake sits our stunning lakefront home with picturesque views, easy-to-walk lake access, and kayaks. Well- adorned with panoramic views in every room of the home and the two decks makes this home gorgeous in both winter and summer. The Lakehouse includes two different living spaces, a wood-burning fireplace, shuffleboard, air hockey, and lots of games. We also provide beginning amenities including toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, paper towels, and coffee station. There is a dock close to this property, however it is private and not for use.

The space

Welcome to Tomahawk Trail Chalet, our stunning 3600 sq ft lakefront home on Beaver Lake, which sits on 1.5 acres of stunning lake views, the gorgeous natural surroundings of the Ozark Mountains. We have three bedrooms, two additional bunkrooms, two living spaces, as well as an easy walk to the water access.

When you walk into the home, you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows with awe-inspiring views of the Ozarks and the lake. Patio doors open on both sides of the fireplace to a wrap around patio deck to all bedrooms. Immediately to your left you will find a dining space with room for 6. In the living room, you’ll see two separate couches, an oversized lounge chair, and a separate seating area. There’s also an additional dining table with 6 chairs and seating for 4 at the bar. Just from the living space, there’s 3 different access points to the gorgeous deck. This great room also has connected access to the kitchen space which includes upgraded granite counter tops and is equipped with all of your kitchen needs, almost too numerous to name.

Off the living space is the master bedroom with a king bed, seating area, his/her closets, and en suite bathroom including a separate jetted tub, shower, double-sink vanity, and towel warmer. Off this bedroom includes access to the main deck with a private seating area.

This floor also houses two additional bedrooms; one with a king bed, smart TV, deck access, and shared bathroom with another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, deck access, and desk space. Additionally, there’s a small bunk area with twin over full bed (no closet). Sitting diagonal across the hallway is a laundry room and ½ bath combo.

The main deck showcases the most amazing views but also includes a two-piece boho lounge set outside the master, and four chaise loungers nearby the living spaces. We also have an extra large griddle for cooking steaks, burgers, and breakfast dinners for your guests.

Down the stairs you will find the 2nd living space, which includes a couch, loveseat, wall-mounted 65 in smart TV, dining space, shuffleboard, air hockey, and tons of additional games. There’s also a separate additional
bunk space with full over full beds adjacent to a full bathroom.

Outside this living space is an additional outdoor living area, which includes a sectional couch, dining table, Adirondack chairs and picture-worthy views.

Our lakefront home has a gentle slope to the water, and ample parking for at least 5 cars. Additionally we provide two kayaks for your personal use upon signing a waiver.
Guest access
Our guest have full access to this lakefront home, with the exception of a maid closet upstairs and utility closet in the basement. We trust our guest will leave our personal property untouched.
Please note: We do have plenty of shore space to tie your boat off to the shore.
Other things to note
The home is perfectly nestled in the Ozark Mountains, we have easy access to Northwest Arkansas including Bentonville (19 miles), Rogers (14 miles), Springdale (25 miles) and Fayetteville (41 miles), and Eureka Springs (31 miles). Hobbs State Park (27 miles). Prairie Creek Marina is 18 miles. Boat Launch is approx. 4 miles from home.

Local Eatery: Choo Choo's Pizza, they also sell firewood and ice. Dollar General close as well with alcohol and produce.

Pick up your own firewood at any of the nearby gas stations or grocery store. Kindling available at abundance on the property.

Being a pet friendly home, we ask that animals not be on the beds, furniture, or left unattended without crate or kennel. No animals larger than 50lbs.

Only Camera is Door bell on property.

Reminder this home is lakefront and areas that surround the home are natural. Please use caution.

All TVs are Smart TVs and have all the apps that you love to use at home! Bring your passwords for Hulu, Prime, HBO, Netflix, Disney Plus, etc. Be sure to logout before you leave.
