About this house rental
Come enjoy this beautiful home in Larue, located north of the HWY 12 bridge, between Prairie Creek Marina and Rocky Branch Marina, on a very wide part of the lake with beautiful sunset views.
You can enjoy this 3000 SF, 3 bedroom (very large rooms), 4 full bath, with a game room that can convert into an additional bedroom.
This home sits on 2 acres of flat, waterfront property, with multiple entertaining decks, fire pits, and a large fenced in yard for your well trained dogs to run around. The fence also makes a very safe place for young kids to run around without having to worry about the water, it’s one of the features that our clients love the most!
When it is time to come up and sit on the deck and prepare dinner or just relax, you still have a view of the family fishing and playing off the dock. You can't get any flatter or closer to the water than this.
Fun for all ages that includes a large concrete pad with a pickle ball court, tree swing that will entertain kids for hours, ring toss, a giant connect 4 game, indoor/outdoor ping pong table, indoor basketball game, multiple fire pits for s'mores, a closet full of games, and of course swimming, fishing and playing off the swim platform. We provide chairs, and a range of different size life jackets. In addition we have multiple water toys, a canoe, 2 paddle boards, a kids kayak and a large watermat.

You can enjoy the beautiful scenery year-round while relaxing in the comfort of this 8 person, large spa for your enjoyment, and more ways to watch the beautiful sunset!! Whether it is Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, you can relax while looking over the large fire pit, and enjoy the stunning views of the lake. If the kiddos want to be in the hot tub, the adults can enjoy the fire pit while keeping a close eye on the kiddos, or enjoy it all together! It will be a HIT for the entire family!
Northwest Arkansas has been named the mountain biking capital and the 4th best city to live in. The new Monument Trail is just a 10 minute drive from the house. In addition to the amazing bike trails, we are 30 minutes away from historical Eureka Springs, 35 minutes from the Crystal Bridges Museum, and 20 minutes from the downtown Rogers district. If you are in town for Bikes Blues and BBQ we are a 45 minute ride to Dickson street in Fayetteville. We are very accommodating for mountain bikers or motorcycles. whether your enjoyment comes in your love to ride bikes or love to ride motorcycles, Northwest Arkansas holds one of the tops spots in the Nation for both, and we are here to keep your bikes safe, and have garages that you are allowed to park them in-and you can lock them up and feel safe that they are protected.
The proximity of our location to everything around us is perfect but the ease of lake access from the house to the water make this a one-of-a-kind vacation spot for Beaver Lake. We love to share our lakehouse with families who love it as much as we do--and we know you will!
