PROPERTY:
Placed on 1.25 acres of premium wooded & waterfront property guests will enjoy complete privacy from all sides providing a perfect escape from reality! On the property a gentle slope from the home down the private mulched pathway will lead you straight to the waters edge of the quiet 100+ acre cove! From there guests may enjoy the use of Kayaks (kids & Adult) included with their stay.

The house interior provides open living areas on each level. Upper level containing 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 full bath, full kitchen with double door fridge, water filter, ice maker, range, oven, microwave, dish washer and all the kitchen amenities of home. In addition, a walk in laundry room is located adjacent to the kitchen space. Just outside the 1st floor living area guests will find an incredible 540 sqft covered deck that wraps the entire backside of the home! Completed with a 110" ceiling fan, oversized outdoor sectional set, dining area & Blackstone grill. Transitioning to the lower level a kitchenette provides guests with a 2nd mini fridge for beverage storage, sink, and best of all, a COMMERCIAL ICE MAKER, capable of producing 50lbs of ice per day! A second living area with TV, Racing simulator & play space for kiddos (or adults) is open for enjoyment. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located on the lower level and include a Queen, Full and 6 bunk beds split by the full bathroom in between. Additional air mattresses are also available for use by guests.
