We've been to Javea 8 times and this is easily the best villa we've stayed in.
It's not huge but it's spacious enough for a family of 4. We especially liked that it's all on one level - this worked for us. And the layout flowed well.
Plenty of storage space. 3 showers (two being over a bath). Enough kitchen space to use for what we needed it for. And a lovely sized balcony looking over the pool and garden.
The pool is covered and was nice and warm from midday onwards. First thing in the morning it was cooler but not cold. Main point is that my kids loved it and spent so much time in there it was hard to get them out!
The location is arguably the best part though. The views are simply breath-taking. A 270 degree panorama view of Montgo, Javea and right across to the port (almost seeing the sea itself). It's just fabulous seeing it from the balcony and from the pool and gardens, and from the living room and master bedroom. Absolutely magic.
We will definitely be booking this villa again. Aguila Rent were a great agent to work through too. They kept in constant contact with us, and answered every email I sent. When you pick the keys up they are very friendly, helpful, and courteous.
