About this villa rental
Casa Madelaine is a 333m2 family house, ideal for gathering family and friends, relaxing around the large pool and enjoying the best of the Costa Blanca and the Spanish lifestyle.
The villa is located in Jàvea, between Valencia (110 km) and Alicante (95 km). It is easy to get there, either by road or by plane to either of these two cities.
Just a few minutes from the sea, it offers a fantastic panoramic views, completely unobstructed, of the natural park and the Montgo mountain that dominates the bay of Jàvea.
In a beautiful residential area, quiet and without any road noise, the villa is ideally located at 10 minutes from the Arenal beach, 6 minutes from the old town of Javea, 4 minutes from the Golf.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a bright comfortable lounge dining room, a fabulous outside bar-kitchen entertainment area, spacious upper sunbathing terrace with fantastic views of Montgo Mountain, a 10mx5m Roman end pool and large surrounding sun terrace, a pool/games room, a fast WiFi network.
On the main sun terrace (200m²), the heated swimming pool of 10x5m, the tropical garden with lawned areas and Mediterranean trees and plants, the large Bali pergola and the outdoor bar-kitchen form a very pleasant outdoor living space.
Casa Madelaine has just been completely renovated and redecorated to the highest standards of bright, modern Mediterranean interior design.
Note to our youngest guests: we don't rent the villa for party events.

The entrance to the property is through a double electric gate and opens onto 3 secure parking spaces - you can also park easily on the street.
The cleaning costs are included in the rental price, as well as the household linen - bath and pool towels, sheets, tea towels.
In the summer, the house stays cool, but guests can use the air conditioning, installed in all bedrooms.
From April 1 to October 30, the swimming pool can be heated on request (35€ per day - 7 days minimum), which can be appreciated. The pool does not have safety protection for young children.

Casa Madelaine in Xabia is absolutely perfect for two families with young children and us grandparents. 11 people from 2 years and up. Heated pool is recommended and gives children and adults fantastic opportunities for development and play from early morning to late evening. Very good space. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic as well as a very well equipped kitchen on the main floor. Outdoor areas are great. And nice hiking opportunities for trimming nearby. All adults got both top hikes, walking / running and swimming.Nice activities at the beach for children and adults. We loved the place and the contact with the host and Stella.thank you for letting us rent this house for a week in September / October 2025.

The villa was one of the best we have stayed at. It catered for everyone and everything. The pool was amazing, the lay out was amazing and honestly, we did not want to leave. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough

Fantastic is one word to use, Lovely property, great location, beautiful views.Only downside was the steep drive, front of car bottomed out each time so parked in street, no problem

Just back from a fantastic two weeks in this beautiful villa.
Tex and Mandy were extremely easy to deal with and all arrangements were made quickly and simply by phone and internet. The villa itself is well presented, comfortable and large - it easily suited 3 families. It is well decorated, furniture is in keeping with the style and electronic facilities (TV, internet, DVD, Satelite etc.) are great. Being Northern Europeans, air conditioning in two main bedrooms was a must for us and Tex tells me he is installing aircon to the rest of the bedrooms. Outside facilities are also great, a large and deep pool, plenty of seating and shade to rest and relax and the outdoor kitchen and barbeque made al fresco dining simple and a pleasure.
I would highly reccommend this villa - it really is great luxury at an affordable price - we will be back next year!
